Feeling a little Pumpkin

OK I'm retired.   I have time to bake from scratch.    But did I ... NO!

I got this fabulous mix (in Canada it is President's Choice from Loblaws).   It is absolutely amazing.

Two minutes .... add some seeds to the top to make them look more homemade.

and VOILA ....

within 20 minutes you are eating a very moist, very pumpkin muffin  (can also make in a loaf if preferred)
