Toronto Home Show/Canada Bloom

I went to the Toronto Home Show/Canada Blooms on Saturday with three of my friends.  We had VIP tickets from Re-Max, so we were able to check our coats, jump to the head of the line for the Dream Home, etc.
My friend Kelly in a  deep tub.

As usual, there were some fabulous exhibits ... fabulous kitchens, fabulous baths ... and a couple "what were they thinking" booths.

The favourite thing I came away with was a Murphy Bed from HiddenbedsCanada.   When the bed was up there is a desk, and when you pull down the bed, it disappears.   You can leave everything on your desk, even a cup of tea, and nothing falls off.
I am definitely saving that brochure for when I retire and move to a condo.

There were lots of these tables ... a pool table that could be covered to become a dining table. This one was in the Dream Home.  What a great use of space.
The show is huge.   Arrived at 11:00 and didn't leave until 6:30.  Great day!!

  1. So, you’re planning to retire in a condo? Do you have a timeframe for it? Looks like you’ll be able to make good use of the styles you’ve learned here, once you settled in your condo home. Good luck with that! I’ll look forward to seeing your home designing talent applied in a condo space. Have a good day!
