Further to my previous construction post, the bookcase went from this ...
To Primed and Painted. The back was added.
The paint on the back is some grey and navy that I had on hand mixed together.
To the door being added!!!
A little bit rustic with the old window frame, but a little bit polished with the nicely painted body.
It's too heavy for me to carry up two flights of stairs ... but I couldn't wait to share the finished bookcase.
Once I get it in the guest room and filled I'll show you how it looks.
My first piece of furniture from scratch ... I'm happy!
