"Greenery" Day

As a kick-off to the Christmas season four of us always get together to gather greenery for our urns at a friend's cottage.   This year we met at Pat's home in Port Perry before heading off.
Pat's welcoming sign is a joke amongst us ... as we always seem to have cheese in every dish we bring :-)
We all loaded into Kelly's truck ... headed off and met with the first storm of the season!   Then we decided to stay local.   We did all the shops on Main St, Port Perry ... buying our greenery at the local Foodland.

Then we headed back to Pat's for our potluck lunch and gift exchange.  I made the girls Christmas lap quilts.
. Another fabulous Greenery Day ... even with our spontaneous change in venue.
