Out with the girls, and we stopped at a shop called "Olive It".
It was a new tasting bar in Whitby, which opened 6 weeks ago.
They had vats of beautifully flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars. There were knowledgable consultants to help, and they gave you small tastings of combinations.
I bought an 18 year old EVO and a cranberry/pear balsamic and a fig balsamic.

Hmm! I like dips from olive oils. I just don't like what it does to my hips. lol
