I started with some wood left over from my bookcase.
I primed and painted the wood. Printed some large letters. Taped them to the board and traced them using carbon paper. Then I filled in the letters with black paint.
I waited overnight ... which in my case is extreme patience, then sanded it back til I liked it and then added a coat of stain.
VOILA
That's not where it is going to live.. I'm not sure where yet ... but did I mention that patience thing ... I had to see it hanging up!!!
