Outdoorsy Cake
My Neice, Allison, is attending the Baking and Pastry Arts course at George Brown College (for those of you in the States, this is the most prestigious cooking school in Canada.)
Today she made a birthday cake for a friend. As a completely unbiased Aunt, I think it is terribly brilliant.

It is lovely, such great detail! I have made several fun ones for my boys and nieces and nephews, but nothing even close to the detail and professional results of your niece's masterpiece. I just can't get over the trees and the canoe!
